The ARCTIC EXPEDITIONS project. Polar Sea is pleased to announce a new roster of exclusive expeditions for 2011. The expeditions will represent and write a greener and more environmentally friendly chapter in Arctic adventure tourism. Expeditions featured include skiing, floe-edge skiing/kayaking, hiking and sea kayaking. ICE BEAR PROJECT
After successful events in Copenhagen, London, Montreal, Quebec City and Ottawa, Mark Coreth and the Ice Bear Project team return to Canada. They will be in Toronto starting June 24th to exhibit the latest Ice Bear sculpture. For more information go to the Ice Bear Project website; www.icebearproject.org

ANTARCTICA - In association with renowned adventure company Adventure Canada and Polar Star Expeditions, Polar Sea is offering the following departures for Antarctica: Antarctica Uncut: November 21st - Dec 10th and Classic Antarctica: December 9th - December 19th. Polar Sea is happy to announce a photography trip in late May with world famous photographer
Amos Nachoum. For more information: www.biganimals.com.
In April Polar Sea will be providing filming logistics for the Nunavut Quest dog race between Pond Inlet and
Clyde River. The only adventure company in Nunavut able to provide the necessary logistics, Polar
Sea was delighted to be asked to work on this project.

The sun has once again returned to Pond Inlet!
The Ice Bear Project recently created the 3rd (and counting) amazing sculptured polar bear; this time
in Quebec City. Afterwards the bear will move onto Ottawa, then Montreal.
January 22nd
EXPEDITION FOR HAITI
In light of the recent tragic events in Haiti, Polar Sea has considered what it can do to help the people of Haiti. Polar Sea is proud to announce that it will be offering (from the community of Pond Inlet on Baffin Island) a skiing expedition for for 4-5 clients, at no charge. Although the trip will be free, clients will be asked and encouraged to donate any amount of money they wish; money that will then be given to the Canadian Red Cross organisation. The money raised will help the many thousands of Haitians in desparate need of food, supplies and shelter. Please contact us for more details and information. Thank you.

Floe-edge dates and prices have been added for this coming June. The Ice Bear Project continues to grow and evolve. The great news is that Canada is about to welcome and play host to the latest Ice Bear in the next few weeks. Check out the Ice Bear Project website for all the latest news and information.
January 1st 2010: Happy New Year!
As we turn the corner into a new year and decade, we're looking forward to the new and exciting season ahead. New projects include a website dedicated to (that most iconic of Arctic animals) the polar bear. Various film and television projects are also in the works.
